Who we are
This site is published by Syntactic Sugar LLC under the author name J.R. Walters, at jrwaltersnovels.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@jrwaltersnovels.com.
What we collect
If you join the list, we collect the email address you submit. We use it to send the free novella Hassen and occasional emails about the Veilbreaker books. If you join the advance team for Void and Ruin, we use that same address to send the early copy and the notes about when a review is due. We do not ask for a password, payment card, or other account details on this site.
How the address is handled
The address is stored by the email service that delivers the list. That service processes it only so we can send the novella and later messages, and so you can unsubscribe. We do not sell email addresses.
How long we keep it
We keep the address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@jrwaltersnovels.com and ask to be removed.
Cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising. In the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, that cookie is set only if you accept. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or collect personal data. Your browser may store ordinary technical data required to load the pages.
Children
The books and this list are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect addresses from children.
